Remuneration is pretty good.
Devices are best in class in many fields. There are lots of excellent engineers to learn from.
Lack of variety or interesting work. Canteen is awful. Vacation is limited.
Spend more money on food services.
Try not to keep staff members doing the same job functions constantly.
