Unfair treatment that collapse my mental health
I spent five years in the company and was in three roles. Growth is open when you care and take more initiatives. I acquired many skills and knowledge.
Pressured from the POC, the ad hoc tasks given were too much and not even tiny related to the main job. It turned stressful when the POC were pushing to finish quickly and dismiss the factor that slowed down the work. From there, I lost my work-life balance. The management didn't listen to my struggle, and burnout happened.
Don't give template answers to your subordinates when someone is reaching out and asking for help. Actions speak louder than words.
