Pros

The culture is the real standout. The people are great, and it feels like you're doing useful things for a good, growing company. The office is great, but they're also very accommodating with remote work (which is how I've mostly been).

All the work I've done has been really engaging. It's been challenging but achievable, and everyone is always ready to help you when you run into a problem.

Cons

Probably the biggest issue I've had is, since the company is growing so quickly, some teams have a lack of experience. Everyone is super smart, cream of the crop types, so getting work done and having the required skills isn't an issue. However, it sometimes feels like there's a bit of a lack of mentoring.

The growth framework/pathway is also a bit disorganized/unclear.

Like any big company, documentation is pretty fragmented and inconsistent.
