My disappointing experience during the hiring process with Capgemini, hoping this will contribute to constructive reflection from the company.
Firstly, the unusually prolonged duration of the process surprised me, extending over a period of more than three months. This extended wait could have been accompanied by more transparent communication, which would have been greatly appreciated.
The most disappointing point, however, concerns the salary proposal that was made to me. Despite my skills and experience, Capgemini's offer was lower than my current remuneration. This deeply disappointed me, especially after investing so much time and energy in the recruitment process.
My overall experience with Capgemini has left a negative impression.
