They stretched two technical interviews over two months. The interviews themselves were too easy, almost like a joke.
After the second interview, they only contacted me after I asked about the progress of the process.
I received an answer that they don't really have projects that would require an architect with my skillset.
Interestingly, the job opening was re-advertised on the company's site only two days before that. It was the same position, with the same wording!
