Pros: With some colleagues, it's possible to establish a good relationship, but these are personal initiatives. There is a certain availability of platforms for training.
Compared to small companies, there is punctuality in payments.
Cons: No defined career path.
Management not up to the role.
Lots of bureaucracy in internal processes, which does not make the company competitive.
Work tools often inadequate and not in line with competitor standards.
Salaries do not keep pace with inflation.
Company with scarce opportunities.
