After a 1-hour interview, the interviewer stated they are looking for a candidate strong in the Automotive and Telecom industries.
I am unsure if Capgemini read my resume properly. I have nowhere mentioned automotive industry and telecom experience.
Capgemini should understand they are interviewing a very senior person and should not waste everyone's time. After a 1-hour interview, Capgemini stated the requirement was a mismatch. I know there are people at Capgemini whose sole responsibility is to conduct interviews, but they should perform their resume screening work properly.
