Pretty much what you can expect from other consulting companies.
It starts with a recruiter calling in, followed by the hiring manager calling 2-3 times. A person interview is conducted with the client to get agreement, then an offer is given. Negotiating salary and benefits is very tough with Capgemini personnel.
