Pros: Good exposure to latest technology, including Public Cloud solutions. Currently involved in a global, complex project design, which is both interesting and challenging at the same time. Love working in a multinational organization with colleagues from the US, Europe, and South East Asia.
You get to manage your own working schedule, which works well during the COVID situation.
Cons: With most large organizations, you end up being a cog in the wider system and you get a little isolated on the project/customer you are working on. Capgemini tries to keep you informed, but mostly this is done via emails which end up being 'corporate spam'.
