I had the worst experience with Capgemini. Firstly, they have an online assessment test as the first round, followed by a F2F managerial round.
Once I had completed the assessment, I got a call for the F2F interview. Upon reaching the office and after clearing all the rounds, in the HR round, they told me that the job location was not Bangalore. This was not mentioned at any point in the entire process.
After one month, I received another call from the same HR. She asked me to undergo the complete process again, stating they could not consider my earlier interview reviews as they were for a different location.
The same story happened again. When I was called for the F2F interview, they made me wait for an hour, and after that, conducted a telephonic interview. After 20 days, they called me for the F2F interview again, and this time they did not remember that my interview was scheduled on a working day.
They do not have the courtesy to even show up and inform me about the misunderstanding. Instead, they chose not to answer my calls and made me wait at the reception for two hours.
