I received an interview call letter from Capgemini. The time mentioned was 9 am. I went there and waited for the first round of the interview.
Around 20 people came for the interview. My first round was taken around 6 pm. The interviewer was not physically present. They conducted a phone interview, and the telephone connection was poor with a lot of noise. I couldn't hear what the interviewer was asking. Finally, they told me to leave for the day.

This is good for work-life balance and avoiding wasted time on traffic.Cons: No knowledge transfer (KT) during the first project. They just gave the task and expected us to complete it without KT. The leader did not have testing knowledge and avoided doing testing, not providing tools for it. Capgemini's system only allows upper management to evaluate the team, but lower positions do not have the option to evaluate and rate their team's lead and manager's skills. Also, this company has a high rate of turnover.
