Not a great communication. First, I was told that it would be an assessment day, so I booked a day off for this, and then they changed their mind to make it a standard interview after a few weeks.

No clear agenda was given for the interview, and I was never told that there would be a pair programming task (be prepared for this with a laptop that has the right tools). The laptop I was using did not have the right tools, etc., and the code was not compiling correctly in the IDE, so it was really hard to complete this task. The interview feedback was very brief.
