Pros: Capgemini has been quite the learning curve for me as a newcomer. The soft skill sessions helped me understand the corporate world better and boosted my people skills.
When it comes to the technical stuff, the training at Capgemini is just awesome.
Cons: In the beginning, clearer guidance and communication channels would greatly help new employees.
