Pros: Employed a couple of years, so far, so good.
* Excellent onboarding process.
* Good induction event over 2 days.
* Very good people, in most cases, and exceptionally helpful.
* Direct client-facing role opportunities.
* Good training resources.
Cons: It's quite difficult to get clarity on the business sectors or organizational structure.
Obviously, the focus is on utilization rates. Is it too focused?
Being in a client role too long dulls awareness of the organization beyond your 'day job'.
You will meet the occasional 'greasy pole climbers' intent on progression only.
