1st Round: CoCubes written 2nd Round: Technical 3rd Round: Versant 4th Round: HR
They will be providing the offer letter within two days.
Questions
I have gone through the telephonic round. They asked me PL/SQL questions and some SQL basics.

You can learn more things (all technologies) if you follow up on L&D and are really interested.
You can negotiate a better package (but only at the time of joining).
Gym facilities are available.
Cons: It's a government company, like.
Annual appraisal is very poor.
3-month notice period is very long.
