Process
The selection process involved a Quantitative and Verbal Reasoning Test, followed by a Personal Interview, and then a Group Discussion. Selected candidates were filtered at each round in the order mentioned above. The results were announced the same day. Approximately 30 out of 200 students, all in their penultimate semester of B.Tech., were selected for the position.
