Process
It was just okay, but what else can I say. I have a neutral opinion. You can do it if you feel like it. But it's not absolutely necessary, if you know what I mean.

Best Environment to Work In
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
April 6, 2017
Pros: Work-wise, pressure is low and it's comfortable to work, so we give our full output. They have a great team to empower the freshers entering the organization.
Cons: Salary figures are not clearly explained. After resignation, the management where I was working asked me for unwanted details and made me give up asking for the provident fund back. They feel it is so difficult to give the money, as if it were their money and I am taking it.

God, kill me!
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Hyderābād, Telangana, India
February 5, 2017
Pros: Blah blah blah blah blah. Since Glassdoor said I had to enter 5 words.
Cons: Dear people of Capgemini,
You give a 2-day lecture about diversity in the company, but the minute you are in the project, Tamil people are one team, Telugu is another team, and so on.
One team talks about the other. God, such small-minded people.
