The interview process was a moderate type.
Round 1 includes aptitude questions. Round 2 is a pseudocode test. Round 3 is essay writing, where you will be given a statement for an essay.
After clearing all these rounds, you have to appear for two more rounds:

Pros: Really have nothing good to say.
Cons: Everything is so offshored. This is a shell of a company. Any inquiry to the main organization (e.g., HR) only yields automated responses, or nothing happens. If lucky, the email is forwarded to someone in the States, then India, and then nothing.

Pros: Brand name, working environment is good, friendly teams.
Work Flexibility, Office Condition.
Leaders and managers are really helpful and help employees to avail training and certification anytime they need. Work experience is nice with Capgemini.
Cons: Locations, slow growth. The appraisal and promotional benefits are not good.
