Pros: The Pros aren't that much of Pros. 1. Only 5 days a week (Industry Standard) 2. Will be able to give Microsoft-based certifications for no cost. And that's it.

Cons: When you join Capgemini, especially as a fresher, you have to be the luckiest person to get things done for yourself. Otherwise, you'll end up on the bench for a long period of time for no reason at all. * No project calls. * No tagging after getting into a project for at least 3-4 months, and sometimes people don't get tagged at all and end up switching projects. * No benefits; even the ones you are entitled to aren't given to you. * Cannot keep your points in front of HR, RMG, or any high-level management person because they are not ready to talk to you. * Low-level salary.

Pros: Capgemini is a multinational company.

Cons: After interview training is assigned randomly without knowing candidates' skills and interests.

Pros: Good values and diversity, inclusion.

Cons: I just completed 2 months at Capgemini.
