The next round will be a managerial round where technical questions will be asked.

Pros: The people make this company a great place to work.
Cons: Salaries are so low for Software Engineers. Imagine paying such low salaries in a tech-driven company. I'm surprised if engineers stick around for more than 2 years. You can get a higher salary from a non-tech company.
