It was an online interview through Superset. It was a very quick process. They asked for an introduction and questions on topics such as DSA, DBMS, and OOPs. My interviewer wasn't that kind and went on to other questions very quickly.

From September 2025, it will also remove smart working, the only positive element.
Cons: No career advancement; if you don't threaten to quit, they won't give you a cent.
Unstimulating and poorly organized work.
Toxic IT: they will try in every way to prevent you from working.
No work-life balance standards. If you get a bad project, you'll spend all your weekends in the office.
On the other hand, expect every stereotype of multinational propaganda.
It's honestly a nightmare. I wish I could go back and not have accepted their offer.
