The process is straightforward.

It begins with a telephone interview to check basic articulation and discuss your goals, interests, and potential skills. A second interview is arranged at the end of the call.

During the second interview, a manager presents the company, and you get to discuss more about each other. At that point, you are informed about the next and final steps.

These include receiving programming assignments, an IQ test, and a collection of personality tests at home. The recruiter then analyzes the results and discusses them with you. More specifically, they go through the results by asking questions for which you need to provide thorough answers. Finally, you receive an offer or are rejected.
