Pros: Pay is good for freshers and more than what most service-based companies pay. Helpful colleagues and seniors.
Cons: Random allocation of domain or technology irrespective of the individual’s skills/strengths.
Poor management at times.
Lack of projects, probably due to recession.
Not very flexible in terms of relocation or work location.
