Recently, I went through the Capgemini recruitment process at VIVA College of Engineering.

First, they checked logical and reasoning ability with a general aptitude test. If you cleared that, you were allowed to take a programming test.

If you cleared that as well, you were then called for a technical interview. During my process, the interviewers were very friendly and asked general questions in both the technical and HR interviews.

Once you cleared the technical round, you were called for the final round, the HR round. If you cleared that too, a Letter of Intent (LOI) would be sent by the company within a month. The offer letter would be sent after the LOI.

1. They gave me certain circumstances, and based on that, I answered.

2. Basic SQL queries.

3. In the technical round, they mostly focus on the projects you have done so far.

4. At last, they will give you a chance to ask them one question.
