Pros: 12 hrs. The job is not more than that. You treat people like equals, but you are not.
Salary hikes are not as good.
Cons: You did not get a project as you requested or wanted. They give them randomly and told you that these are the business requirements, and they take extra money for your parents' medical insurance.
