Pros: There are no pros at all.
Cons: 1. Low salary.
2. Extreme pressure of training.
3. Hypocritical managers who will first tell you to be friendly with them but then suddenly want you to be in a cage where you can't even complain.
4. The trainers and managers will try to create constant fear in your mind all the time.
5. Trainers are pressured to put new resources under pressure.
6. You won't get even a single minute for yourself.
7. Weekends also, they will give a lot of assignments to do.
