The interview process is very good. Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, the interviews are happening over Teams, which is quite comfortable.
After the technical interview, candidates need to clear one more online assessment test, which is very useful.
Overall, CapG's interview process is very good, and I enjoyed it.

I took the interview for an Azure and SQL DBA profile. All the questions were related to on-premises to Azure migration, as well as SQL DBA daily tasks and challenges.
