Pros

There could be work-life balance if you avoid work.

Cons
  1. No Growth
  2. No Work-Life Balance
  3. No Appraisals
  4. You will only get assurance of a hike, so they can complete their targets, nothing on the ground.
Advice to Management

An employee is not a slave; they want to grow in their career and life. You are asking us to work 14 hours a day and still not giving a hike and appraisal to employees, not even a bonus or shift allowance. This is an injustice to them.
