I have worked with CG for more than 2 years, and all I can say is it's a nice place to work if you're associated with a nice project.
You can enjoy all the campus fun along with working, and there is a great work-life balance.
None for me. Cons can depend on employ to employ, as they can be associated with different projects under different teams and managers.
