They care about their people.
Decent ish money.
You won't always be doing the job you expect. You essentially go into a bank of 'clever people', and what you end up doing depends on what the project you're assigned to needs.
I'm not doing what I expected, and am starting to look around. But it's a great company, and I don't really want to leave.
Try to place people where their skills are used or developed and where you will maintain their interest.
Telephone interview followed by a virtual interview with a panel of two people. Both were technical and not able to make offers or decisions on the day, which was a shame.
The first interview included general chat, followed by a second interview featuring a prepared case study. There was a pretend 20-minute ITO interview to identify opportunities for future sales pitches. Interviewers were all very friendly. Partici
After a 1-hour interview, the interviewer stated they are looking for a candidate strong in the Automotive and Telecom industries. I am unsure if Capgemini read my resume properly. I have nowhere mentioned automotive industry and telecom experience.
