I received an email from a recruiter, who then scheduled a technical round interview. Following that, an online aptitude test was scheduled by the recruiter, which took place within a week. Finally, HR called for further details and documentation.

Capgemini scheduled a walk-in for a Datastage developer, and I went for the interview. The process took almost 3 hours. The interviewer was very cool, and he covered all aspects of an ETL developer.

The interview process was smooth. The best part of the interview was the client round. They showcased the project requirements and outlined the roles and responsibilities. The interview was a mix of technical as well as personality-based questions.
