Pros

Still adapting to a hybrid mood. This is good for work-life balance and avoiding wasted time on traffic.

Cons

No knowledge transfer (KT) during the first project. They just gave the task and expected us to complete it without KT. The leader did not have testing knowledge and avoided doing testing, not providing tools for it. Capgemini's system only allows upper management to evaluate the team, but lower positions do not have the option to evaluate and rate their team's lead and manager's skills. Also, this company has a high rate of turnover.

Advice to Management

Do the systems that allowed everyone to evaluate and rate their team’s lead and manager. This should also impact the performance review.
