The interview process was properly executed. Also, before joining Capgemini, they did a very good job with candidate engagement. They arranged a wonderful Women's Day celebration for all the women employees who were holding an offer from Capgemini.

Telephone contact, then an on-site interview: * Java questionnaire * Three Java exercises (lambdas) * A final, somewhat unusual exercise (the boxes). The difficulty level is medium, but I found the interview duration to be long.

First interview with an HR manager to review my situation and career path, as well as the company. Then, a technical test on an online platform. Finally, an interview with another developer in the form of a discussion about potential assignments.
