It's not for software developers. It's best suited for call centers and BPO. Horrible experience with human resources; they fired 15 developers in a day.
Mismanaged provident fund team; they won't answer your queries. Please do not join if you want to learn new things or are a serious/hardworking guy. It's very frustrating because the whole management has a BPO mindset and they do not have resources to handle software developers.
Please do not let BPO managers run over developers. They have no idea about anything.
Your EPF team is very unresponsive and most of the time useless. God help those people who have to deal with human resources and the EPF team.
