Great health insurance, insurance, and meal plan. Flexible hours, agile teams, many global projects. There is a real career plan and incentives for obtaining certifications. 98% of people have an agile mindset and are paid for productivity. There are practically no overtime hours. I went through 4 projects and worked very few overtime hours. Without a doubt, the best company I have ever worked for in over 10 years in the field.
Salary could be a little better.
