The people are all fantastic and happy to help. There is a pretty thorough induction process, and I've had the opportunity to get involved at an early stage. However, they are keen that we complete our week's induction first before getting on project work.
The company is forward-thinking, both technically and also from a people perspective. There's lots of great and genuine work and support from a diversity and inclusion perspective.
There are no cons that I can see.
