Nice place to be, but low salaries
a comfortable place to be, as they gave you the opportunity to work in high positions and believed in you in that sense. Also, the work environment is nice. I felt very well supported by my teammates and bosses.
Low salary expectations. There are a lot of training programs and internal stuff to make you feel that there’s a chance to upgrade your position, but it’s very hard to get paid more.
