Good company with work-life balance.
No cons as of now.
CV transmitted during a forum (hiring after graduation), on-site technical written test. Interview with HR, interview with a technical expert. Two months later, hired after an end-of-studies internship.
Face-to-face interview. General chat with two interviewers for approximately 60 minutes. Questions weren't overly technical and focused on soft skills. Tech questions were quite basic. Apparently, the role was filled from within.
It's a full day. First, you meet everyone you'll be spending the day with. Once you get to know everyone, you'll get into a group task. After this, you have two interviews: one about you and another with cognitive activities.
