Capgemini is a great place to work and learn.
Capgemini provides work-life balance with its smooth work culture.
The IJP policy is not up to the mark at my working location.
Annual CTC revision is very poor in my project. I am not sure about other locations and projects.
Provide desired opportunities to the employees. Provide training and certification options. Medical policy should be better.
