I was hired as a .NET certified resource, so there was no aptitude test for me. However, nowadays, they do conduct aptitude tests along with the PI and HR rounds.

It was an off-campus drive in the company premises. The process took 2 days, and results were out in 10 days. There were 3 batches: Mainframe, Testing, and Infrastructure. The training period was 3 months, and it was very good. My project location

I received a call from HR through an employee referral. There were in all three rounds: * Aptitude Test * Technical * HR In all, it took 4 hours to complete. Overall, it was good.
