Jashna - annual event. Best time in Capgemini.
Low salary, lots of politics.
No advice.
The interview was telephonic. The person on the call was very strict, even rude. The interview was for a Mainframe Developer position. They were mainly looking for a candidate with CICS experience. COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM were considered secondary
There was first a Level 1, which consisted of 3 rounds. All were elimination rounds: technical assessment, essay writing, and a game-based aptitude test. Those who cleared all rounds in Level 1 could appear for an interview for a package of 4.25 LPA
First, we had an aptitude test comprising Quants, verbal, and logic. After getting selected, we had a Group Discussion (GD) round, followed by a Technical round and an HR round. The technical round focused on basic concepts.
