Salary Hike - Cannot compare with product-based companies. However, service-based companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture are all in the same boat with a 2% difference.

Less onsite opportunity compared to 4 years ago. However, opportunities still exist with Europe and APAC.
All good. Doing a good job in giving a flexible work policy.
Salary revision is a must. New hires with 3-4 years of experience are getting more salary than a person who has been with you for many years.
