You get to work on large, complicated, interesting projects. The people you work with are generally clever, enthusiastic, committed, but modest. The company expects you to do your job and do it well, not give you sales or revenue targets that are irrelevant to your role. Great opportunities in a company full of nice people.
It's a big company and suffers from normal big company behavior. Some decisions take ages, HR processes are laborious (but fair), and sometimes the company takes a while to adjust to the market.
