The PF transfer department is horrible
Good for career and technology, worse in PF transfer and HR processes.
I have raised a PF transfer claim since 6 months.
At least 20 emails have been sent.
There are actions pending in Capgemini, which they are not completing.
Instead, an automatic, ready-made email reply with an EPF Passbook link is sent without any reply to the resolution, answering the query, or next action.
There is no information on any action pending on me.
There is not even a helpline where you can contact them.
This is the worst organization in terms of PF management and treating separated employees.
Please review HR and parties concerned to address the PF-related issue.
