Great people and flat structure. Mobility across internal group and national boundaries. Freedom to develop personal direction and value contribution within the business. Diversity of work. Good grad programme and great for learning about what IT architecture is all about.
Rubbish internal systems, including those for review and development. The process for career progression once past middle grades seems designed to be as difficult as possible. Churn of branding and organisational structure is disorienting. Limited opportunities to be really stretched (and therefore exceed expectations) on projects. The range of available projects is often limited. Focus on utilisation produces a body shop mentality at times.
