Pros: Brand name: Onsite Be-Well Center
Cons: There is a recent review describing nepotism, and I fully agree with that. It's so prominent and constantly demotivates people who are deprived of recognition just because of it. Even though there is a term of 360 feedback, it's just on paper. In reality, neither HR nor management bother about the actual performance or real feedback from team and peers but completely rely on the statements of the supervisor. The system lacks transparency, and if a supervisor is not honest, the only option is to move on instead of dealing with frustration.

Pros: Excellent work/life balance.
Ability to work from home frequently.
Opportunities to travel if you want.
Good salary and benefits for the Richmond area.
Cons: Digital team leadership is lacking in people skills. Projects do not follow standard software development practices, resulting in last-minute "dashes" that can go on for months. I don't think half of the people in charge have ever shipped an app before, and it shows.

Pros: Great work-life balance, depending on the team and technology. Forward-thinking company, so you will be learning new things.
Cons: Culture is awful, and team placement is just a dice roll. Stack ranking makes the environment extremely stressful and unhelpful unless you get on a great team.
