Pros: Work with some really smart people.
Cons: Performance rating is based on a curve. The manager/supervisor has to give a certain number of people a below-average rating. So, if you are in a high-performing team, you are at a disadvantage. Sometimes there is a lot of politics that goes into it. If you are not on good terms with your manager, your manager may pick you to be one of the people with a lower rating.

Pros: Great 401k match.
Great emphasis on work-life balance.
Tech stack can be relatively recent.
They have an HSA now.
Cons: If you're a woman, be prepared to endure some setbacks, but it's not as bad as sexual harassment at other companies.
If you're a POC, be prepared to endure a lot of setbacks.
They're good at promoting, but they're also equally as good at demoting.
Some engineers will just refuse to work with you or acknowledge your credentials because you're a woman.
