Besides the proctored CodeSignal online assessment, the interview consisted of the most important part, "The Power Day." It is typically four 1-hour interviews in a row with a 30-minute break. For me, it was coding, system design, case study, and behavioral.
I finished coding and system design in 55 minutes. The case study took approximately 25 minutes, and behavioral took around 15 minutes.
Even though these interviews went well, and I completed all the tasks (as I assume), I was ghosted by a recruiter without any feedback after the Power Day. Within a week, I received a basic workday rejection letter stating, "Unfortunately, we are proceeding with other candidates, etc." No feedback was provided, nor a reason for my rejection.
Another recruiter contacted me the next day to schedule one more interview. He told me my background and experience fit their role well, but "unfortunately, you cannot interview after a rejection for 6 months, even for a different position."
I would say the interview process is generally neutral, but the recruitment process is a mess. If you are a little bit lucky, you will probably pass it all. By the way, only one of the interviewers on the Power Day was respectful in any way.
