I was called by HR for a phone interview to explain my background and what I am looking for.
I also provided the basic salary range and benefits offered by Capital One.
This was followed by an online test where I had to solve a few problems in any language of my choice.
Finally, an onsite interview involved a technical interview and a behavioral interview.
