I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.
Recruiter reached out and had a call, proceeded with an OA and finished with a perfect score. And was rejected the next day and I tried contacting the recruiter and got the feedback that my OA wasn't meeting expectations. Perfect score but also doesn't meet expectations???

Excellent Company, TDP Program is Kinda BS

Pros: Work-life balance is prioritized.
Excellent 401k match.
Lots of diverse projects to work on.
Friendly teammates.
Cons: I got nothing but anxiety from the TDP Program. It had little to no value for me. If you're unlucky, you get put on a support team or a dead team, and it's soul-crushing. I did not get a degree to do work outside of it.
It can be office politics.

Pros: Great work/life balance, perks, and culture/people.
Cons: There is a very competitive environment, especially when it comes to promotions.
Management also tends to change their mind on major decisions pretty quickly, which makes for a feeling of instability.
